Driver History:

I started racing in 1969 on a Ski-Doo for Nathje Marine in Paynesville, Minnesota. I later switched manufacturers to Polaris in 1972. I raced for West Marine in Buffalo, Minnesota. Then in 1975 I raced a Merc Snow Twister. I stopped racing for a while and then the rise of Vintage racing got me started again in 1999 on both a Arctic Cat and a Polaris. I should probably retire after 41 years of racing snowmobiles but I still love it!

Acomplishments:

  • I am still able to race and compete at my age (58)
  • Strathcona Cup Winner in 2009
  • Several high points driver awards over the years
  • High Point Driver of the Year in Little Falls, Minnesota in 1973
